Settings & Admin

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar to manage your organization. The settings page has 15 sections.

Organization

View and edit your organization name, plan, and owner. Shows member count and email.

Danger Zone: Permanently delete the organization and all its data.

Naming

Configure naming conventions for resources deployed by Archie.

Invite Members

Invite team members by email. Assign roles:

  • Platform Engineer — can create/edit blueprints, set governance, approve prod deploys
  • Developer — can deploy from the approved catalog, fill forms, manage own stacks

Usage

View your organization's usage metrics: blueprints created, stacks deployed, AI generations used.

Budget & Alerts

Set monthly spend budgets and receive alerts when approaching limits.

SSO (Coming Soon)

SAML/Okta enterprise single sign-on configuration.

Active Sessions

View active login sessions. Shows current count vs. maximum (e.g., 1/5).

API Keys

Generate API keys for programmatic access to Archie's API.

Cloud Accounts

Manage AWS, Azure, and GCP credentials. See Cloud Accounts for details.

Approval Policies

Configure when approvals are required (e.g., PROD deployments) and who can approve.

Drift & Orphan Scans

Configure automatic drift detection frequency and orphan resource scanning.

Deployment Policies

Set organization-wide deployment rules and restrictions.

Governance

Global governance settings that apply across all blueprints.

Slack

Connect Slack for deployment notifications, drift alerts, and approval requests.

Data Export

Export your organization's data (blueprints, stacks, audit logs) in standard formats.

Audit Log

View all actions taken in your organization with timestamps, users, and details. Example entries:
